We are all different in many ways, and some of us express it a little differently, which is something they had decided to do. I’m not sure how many times they had been approached for a photo but they were extremely happy to oblige.

I really like the black and white editing of the photo, it reduces the number of distractions down to a few and focuses the viewer on her face.

I approached the old man and asked, as pointed to my camera, if he minded if I took his photo, he nodded his head yes and I took one photo, just one.

The Brandy of Distinction

Normally I don’t like to photograph people who are homeless for many reasons and the main reason is that I don’t want to or seem to be taking advantage of them but I couldn’t resist asking him if he minded if I took his photo.
