It was enjoyable experience getting out and photographing my local area as the sun set on another sweltering day and I was reminded I needed to photograph more of my local area in the future.

I don’t think has been posted/ published anywhere before and I wanted to share it with you. I took this photo on a island, 9 hours by boat off the coast of Broome, Western Australia. Its hot and humid but remember, your not the top of the food chain in the water, the Saltwater Crocs are, not to mention the sharks.

I took a few photos with my phone and my camera with the intent to post to Instagram however the photos out of camera provided a better result however I do regret not having my film camera with me as a good roll of colour film may have provided fantastic results.

his year had the feeling of the opposite as it was filled with cultural dancing in the streets and generally, people from all walks of life getting together to protest against something they believe needs to be changed and doing it with a smile.

We are all different in many ways, and some of us express it a little differently, which is something they had decided to do. I’m not sure how many times they had been approached for a photo but they were extremely happy to oblige.
